As I mentioned earlier, I like to use only the basics. Although it may seem that making your work easier makes sense at first glance, it robs you of the opportunity to understand how ingredients behave and why we treat them in a particular way. Apart from the rice cooker itself, no specialized tools are needed. The basic ones will serve us just as well when preparing rice.
